      Charlie,

All is well, just very busy this fall with my son’s senior year playing H.S. soccer and other autumn tasks around the homestead. Hope to resume “WW” and “TT” after soccer season ends in a month or so.
      Thanks for checking in!

    Mike,
To take a wild guess on the location of WW #60, comparison with the photo on p. 58 of Kaseman’s book indicates the location might be Cold Spring. The siding is in the right place and the station roof tar paper is stripped off along the edge in both photos. It’s pretty thin but ????

What has happened to ex-Navy doc? There have been no posts from him for two months!

Just been busy with H.S. soccer, work, and the usual fall chores. Hope to get some time to resume scanning and posting after Thanksgiving and deer season!

This is the first I’ve heard from you! Glad to hear that everythings okay. Can appreciate that “family matters” sometimes do take precedence. Will be looking forward to S&NY posts!

Thanks to all for the Grand photo of the 116. The 116 holds a special place in my heart. My Grandpa J J Patton ran the 116 during its service on the M&BR after its move from the S&NWR. I’ve spent many hours as a child sitting at the throttle steaming down the line; after she was put on display in Meridian as a memorial. I’m glad to say that after many years of neglect she has received a new coat of paint and will be relocated to the old depot in downtown Meridian and hopefully with a little more TLC. You guys have a fantastic site!!!!!! 👍👍👍
